Reyna Cazares

creative co-founder

Reyna’s inspiration with design began in Mexico City through the observation of vivid colors in everyday art and culture. She remembers seeing her family creating something from nothing–wether it be her grandmother sewing dresses for her dolls, her mother making sock dolls, or her father making piñatas for the fiestas. It was then that she knew creativity was special. She grew up in a small but humble rural town known as Parlier, California. She’s proud of the places she has been and where she will go.

Reyna has a passion for all things visual and creating unique experiences through storytelling. She has a B.A in Family and Consumer Sciences from Fresno State where she learned about consumer behavior and how it directly connects to visual storytelling with strategy. Her background includes business and fashion journalism and has written for publications like Latina Magazine, Brit + Co, and the Fresno Bee. Her exposure to production came when she interned with Seventeen and Latina magazines in New York City during her last year in college. She’s also worked as a content producer for B2B businesses. Her diverse background allows her to see a creative project from different angles and approach it strategically.

Her favorite song to play while working and doesn’t mind on repeat is Lamento Boliviano by Enanitos Verdes.

Marcos Contreras

creative co-founder

Marcos’ career started out drawing fruit labels at the age of 10-years-old while he was supposed to be paying attention in class. He drew what surrounded him in the small rural town of Orange Cove, California. Agriculture and fields made up his environment. It was through his mother’s will to create that sparked curiosity in him to make art.

During his college education Marcos interned at ACA and Jonathan Levine galleries in New York. This was his “aha” moment when he got to hold a Georgia O'Keeffe painting that he learned about in the art books he collected. He finally found his curiosity in art start to make sense. It was all leading him to that very moment. After graduating from Fresno State with a B.F.A in Graphic Design he worked with agencies in both digital and print production. His passion is helping clients tell their company stories through strong brand identity and design.

Marcos’ mantra is that it all starts with a pencil, piece of paper and a huge eraser to help you start again.
